The staff were very attentive and the place has a charming atmosphere, offering a breakfast with a variety of choices, while also being situated in a picturesque location close to a fantastic restaurant.

Reasonably spacious and very well furnished room, all in all had very comfortable stay.

The airport was 18 minutes drive away.

The room was exceptional, with a comfortable bed and a gorgeous bathroom. The complimentary Clarins toiletries were a nice touch. The location of the hotel was also great, with a short drive to terminal 5 at Heathrow. The breakfast was delicious, especially the omelette cooked over an open fire. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even asking my milk preference for the room.

The room did get a little chilly in the morning, and it would have been handy to have a heating/cooling system. Additionally, there were no homemade sweet treats in the room, which would have been a lovely touch.
